SGA Conference Dates - Spring Session:

  • ▪️ Tuesday October 29th - Friday, November 1st

    ▪️ Tuesday November 5th - Friday, November 8th

Centers should plan to arrive to Camp Horizons at 3586 Horizons Way Harrisonburg VA 22802. Arrival is required by Noon on Tuesday. First meal is dinner. No early arrivals are available.

FEES

Fee: A fee of $3500.00 per center covers the cost of meals, lodging and materials for six students and two advisors for three nights and four days and includes an Advisor Special Session. Additional students/advisors will be accessed at $325.00 per person. Payments are made securely on our website using a credit card. All final counts, dietary needs and participants names, waivers and forms are due 10 business days prior to the arrival. No refunds will be provided after this time. 

 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFO:

Centers should plan for arrival on Tuesday by 1 pm. The session will begin promptly at 2 pm. No lodging is available for early arrivals.
 
Each Center must bring a laptop computer for the Action Plans
 
Bedding packages are available at 45.00 per person and include a sleeping bag, pillow and pillow case. These must be reserved at registration.
